The processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination or otherwise, joining or combining, blocking/restriction, erasure or destruction.

We reserve the right to periodically update and modify this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes in the way we process your personal data or any changes to legal requirements. In the event of any such modification, we will display the amended version on our website, which is why we ask you to periodically check its content.

What categories of personal data we process

Through the website, we collect the e-mail address, name, company name and telephone number needed to fill out our forms: request offer, request demo, contact and newsletter sign-up.

We use this data to prepare and provide the services requested from us, and to give you access to the application and deliver the services of your choice. We rely on the performance of a contract as the basis for this processing, since choosing any of the above options means you agree to the terms and conditions for that service.

The data categories processed in the context of our relationship with you are name, e-mail address, telephone, position within the company, billing data, bank data, and any other personal data you provide, as necessary for the purposes above.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing

The collected data is used to respond to requests received through the forms mentioned above.

Some data may be processed based on legal obligations arising from accounting and financial-services legislation, or from other specific legal provisions governing our activity.

We may also use your personal contact data (e-mail) to provide you with our Newsletter, only if you have subscribed to it and therefore given prior explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to office (at) tradus.ro.

Our website automatically collects certain information in its traffic reports, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, or device. We use this information based on our legitimate interest in understanding how our pages correspond to visitors' needs, diagnosing delivery problems, analyzing trends, and improving navigation.

We do not process your data for secondary purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, without your prior consent, a legitimate interest, or a legal basis.

You may ask us to delete your data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for; we may retain it further where required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or for other legal purposes.

Your rights regarding personal data

Under applicable data-protection law, you have the right to information, access to your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, and the right to complain to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data or to apply to the courts.

You can exercise any of these rights, or ask questions, by writing to office (at) tradus.ro. We aim to respond within 30 days of a valid request, extendable by two months where necessary given complexity or volume.
